How to do burpees properly

Burpees are a combination of multiple exercises including push ups, squats etc. and as all of these exercises are compound movements, you get more muscle usage in less time. Hence increasing HGH levels (HGH helps you burn more fat). If you are pressed for time, a few sets of burpees can prove to be a great workout.








There are quite a few variations and extensions to burpees. One example is given below. After completing the above, add a high jump to the exercise and you burn even more calories.


If you want to burn even more calories, replace the high jump with a pull up. So basically, you do a burpee + pull up and you have a complete body workout in one movement.
