How to do a single arm row

You already know how to do a Pull up, so what is the next best exercise for your back? Yes! the single arm rows. You can do this with or without a bench. Here is how you do it without a bench.


You start of with the dumbbell hanging using one hand and the other elbow resting on your thigh. Make sure your back is straight.


Now, keeping your back straight, slowly bring the weight up so that your upper arm is parallel to the floor, no need to take it higher than that. Make sure your back stays straight throughout.
