Tomorrow morning, when you wake up, give this workout a try. It is more of an intermediate workout so you should be able to do at least 10 pullups in one go and 30 push ups without any rest. If you think you can do that, you should be able to complete these workout. Make not of the time it takes you to complete each set and also the time it takes you to complete the entire workout. There are only two exercises which will do back to back. If you are into Crossfit, this should be a breeze for you.
Here's what you do, start off with a 5 minute warm up. You can try any warm up as long as it gets your heart pumping and gets you ready for the workout. Once you are warmed up, start with the following.

Do 10 pull ups - Not sure how to do a pull up? Click here for a tutorial. If you want to do kipping pull ups, you can try those, but then you will have to do 15 instead of 10.

As soon as you do finish the pull ups, do 15 burpees without taking any rest. You can see how to do a burpee here.
Repeat the above 5 - 8 times
