Tutorial for the Calorie Intake Calculator

First of all, let’s understand what the purpose of this calculator is. You must have seen calorie intake calculators that tell you what your calorie requirement is. This calculator takes once step further and tells how what your calorie and gram requirements are broke down into carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Here’s how you use it.
(Make sure your macros are activated)

1.       Enter your age here.

Select your gender from the drop down box.

Select your weight metric (either Kilograms or pounds) and enter your weight here.

Enter your height in feet and inches.

At this point, you can see you BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). This simply is that number of calories that your body requires to stay alive.

Select your activity level ranging from Sedentary to Extremely Active.

This will give you your daily calorie requirement.

Now take a look at the following buttons. They are basically your macro-nutrient (carbs, proteins and fats) ratios. You can choose one of these ratios or even enter one yourself. Finally, you will be able to see your calorie and gram requirements to be FATLESS.
