If your aim to lose fat then you should be looking for exercises or workout routines that engage most of our major muscle grows, here is an exercise that is by far, one of the most challenging exercises and most effective for fat loss. It is a combination between the burpee and the push press. Here is what you do.
Keep a set of dumbbells in front of you and reach for them as shown above.
Sit down whilst holding the dumbbells
Jump back to a push up position whilst holding the dumbbells.
Do a push up try to go below your hands.
Come back up. Make sure your body is completely straight.
Jump back and sit whilst holding the dumbbells as shown above.
Now stand up bringing the dumbbells up with you and come to the position as shown above. Make sure your back is straight while you come up
At this point, do a squat with the dumbbells at the same position as earlier.
With a thrust come back up and stand up straight.
Without stopping push the dumbbells up to do a shoulder press.
NOW REPEAT.
