15 minute Burpee Push Press Routine

Burpees are a great exercise for fat loss and so are push presses. Push presses require a pair of dumbbells of a bar bell, but burpees can be done anywhere. Here is a quick 15 minute workout with only two exercises.

- The Burpee Push Press and
- A cardio (can be jumping backs, running in place, jump rope etc.)


So here is what you do. Start off with a 3 minute warm up. One you feel like you body has warmed up, start with the Burpee Push Press. If you are not sure how to do a burpee push press, CLICK HERE for a quick tutorial. Do 6 - 10 reps and move to the next exercise. Make sure your weights are not VERY heavy or you will burn yourself out very quickly.

As soon as you finish this, start any cardio you like for 1 minute without any rest. Once the 1 minute is up, do the burpee push press again. Do this 5 - 8 times. The workout should take you about 15 - 20 minutes. Take a long rest and stretch yourself after you are done.
